The rosé 2023 Dale Pink has notes of red berries and some leafy undertones. It was produced with the bleeding of the wine destined for the Dale red, pure Garnacha from different vineyards. It’s primary, fruit-driven and straightforward, aged in 225-liter barrels for five months. It has good ripeness, 13.5% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity. Easy to drink. 1,200 bottles were filled in May 2024.
